Quality Control

An Van Thanh Production Trading Co., Ltd (L’eco) would like to share with you the regulations and standards for checking non-woven bags that we have applied during the past 10 years for orders.

In order to provide the goods inspection process and improve product quality like today, we research very carefully and draw on experience of checking goods from many orders and especially the practical experience drawn from those orders. Goods that have been rejected are of high quality.

It’s been a bittersweet experience that we think you wouldn’t have come up with a check-in process if you hadn’t been denied a few orders like we did. In return for that, we are trusted by our customers for quality and keep a working relationship until now.

Below is the procedure for checking the quality of the goods of domestic or export non-woven bags.

I. INSPECTION OF INPUT MATERIALS FOR NON-WOVEN BAGS

We always have 2 QC chiefs and experts with a lot of experience at each stage to check each process as follows:

1. Raw material quality check

We have carefully selected input materials. The sources of quality are guaranteed and reputable to suit the needs of use.

2. Check the quality of raw materials and accessories during production

When checking stitch 1 well, the fabric produced will avoid errors as follows:

quy trình kiểm tra chất lượng túi vải không dệt, túi vải không dệt, vải không dệt, túi an vạn thành

+ Fabric is not eligible for use
+ Sufficient materials needed
+ Avoid fabric defects and fabric tear

Next, at this stage, the technical team must align the machine to quantify the fabric evenly, avoiding different thickness and thinness in many places. The technical team must be present 100% of the time at the production site until completion.

In addition, this stage must check the color so that the color is uniform and must not be different from the color sample requested by the customer and signed for approval from the beginning. Our team of experts tinkers and pre-samples for formulating before mass production.

Chief QC is required to regularly report daily quality (orally and in soft file) to superiors and related departments to promptly handle if any problems arise. This report is made every day.

II. CHECKOUT CUTTING FABRIC MATERIALS

Cut to the right size and only to the correct margin of error to the customer’s tolerances.

The cutting diagram is signed and approved by the leader and board of directors before implementation.

After the material cutting scheme is approved, again cutting techniques take advantage of the time to check the fabric material while spreading the material on the cutting table.

At this stage, the team leader ensures the correct cutting technique and detects errors at the raw material inspection stage if there are leftovers (this can be done to minimize errors).

III. CHECKING EVERY STEP IN THE BULK SEWING

This is an important step because there are many quality details that arise during sewing such as:

1. Assemble deviated parts: for example: two different straps, short and long straps, small irregular bags, not straight, the mouth of the bag is folded to the wrong size…

We specialize by letting a worker do only 1 job of marking the position, the position on the fabric at the exact positions that need to be, but we do not let the sewing worker have to self-locate, position while sewing, they just sew and don’t do other work so as not to be distracted. This is one of the reasons our canvas bags are quality but cheaper because we have an efficient process.

quy trình kiểm tra chất lượng túi vải không dệt, túi vải không dệt, vải không dệt, túi an vạn thànhDuring the sewing process, each stage we have QC to check directly on the sewing line every day, we have at least 2 to 3 QC (depending on order quantity) to check this work. Almost at this stage, we limit 95% of defective goods before the finished product.

IV. CHECK THE FINISHED FABRIC BAG BEFORE PACKING

After going through the above inspection stages such as input plastic material, fabric material production, cutting and sewing. Up to this stage, we have a separate QC team just to check the finished nonwoven bag again before packing.

We do not have to wait for 100% of the goods to be sewn before checking the finished product once, but our QC checks in parallel as soon as the product is finished, so when QC detects any error, they will respond immediately and directly at the time of production for workers to notice and immediately change the following products.

This way of limiting the risk is to avoid the error of the whole order.

With the above quality inspection process, you can see that the cost of checking fabric bags for export or domestic is not significantly different. The problem here is that we have established a strict inspection process that we think domestic or export goods must go through these processes. That is why we are completely confident to meet the standards of all international or domestic customers with more competitive prices.
